About Us
Comhair Developments is a registered building contractor based in Dublin offering services to residential and commercial clients across Ireland. Comhair Developments Ltd was incorporated in Ireland in 2018.
It was founded by Thomas McNicholas who has been self-employed in the construction sector for over 15 years, initially working in Ireland focusing on residential builds and extensions in the West of Ireland before moving to the Middle East and successfully establishing a construction company there. In the Middle East, the focus was predominantly on high end interior fitouts and residential home improvements.
This experience is the backbone of Comhair Developments and allows the company to offer something more than the current market offerings. The focus is on delivering in a timely manner without compromising on quality so that clients can enjoy their new space as soon as possible.
